Since Solivita began in 2000, the builder, Taylor Morrison (formerly AV Homes and Avatar), has built over one-hundred different models with various floor plans. All homes are concrete, block and stucco (CBS) construction. They range in square footage from 891 to 3,052. One model has one bedroom and one bathroom while several models have two bedrooms and one or one and a half bathrooms. The vast majority of models have two bedrooms and two bathrooms while several have two or more bedrooms with two or more bathrooms.

Eight models include Casitas, guest suites or guest cottages. Most models built during 2012-2013 included Icynene spray foam insulation in the attic ceiling and Core-Fill insulation in the cinder block walls. Most models built from 2014 feature open concept floor plans.
