Borchini Realty (Susan and Charles) did an excellent job selling our home and I enthusiastically recommend them. Here are some of the reasons: 1. They give great advice on how to prep your home for sale so that it will show to its full potential and maximize your sale. 2. They were realistic as to the asking price. Far too often realtors over inflate the value of the house in the sellers eyes to get the listing! Then they spend time talking you down on the price. They provided comparables that we were able to check by going on line or drive by to help us decide on a real world asking price. 3. Susan did a FANTASTIC job in preparing a You Tube video that dramatically showed off the features of the house. Pictures just don't cut it! You need video on all the social apps! This video allowed potential purchasers to see in detail the house without us having to constantly keep the house clean. It weeded out tire kickers. People who came were potential purchasers as they had already had a detailed view of the house. This saved a lot of time. 4. Susan and Charles were great to deal with. Just nice people! 5. The result? Susan posted the video on line and we had an offer within 12 hours. 24 hours later, the paperwork was signed! Not bad!
